Booking FAQs
Do I have to book, or can I just walk in?+
Walk-ins are welcome when a station is free. Book online to guarantee your slot.
How do I pay?+
Book online, pay at the counter. Your confirmation comes by email. Prices are before tax: tax is added when you pay, at the rate for cash or card (see the pricing page).
Can I change my time?+
Yes, up to your booked start time: bring your ticket to the counter and we'll give you a new one for a later slot. Once your time has started it can't be changed, cancelled or extended.
Can I book for a group or birthday?+
Yes. For birthdays and bigger groups, use the Events page or give us a call.
